“It is my goal with individuals and couples to provide them with a safe atmosphere in which they can talk together and heal the issues that prevent the full expression of their lives and relationships. I use both art and science to help my clients to solve the problems that bring them to me. The Gottman and Attachment related training has added interventions that have been tested and refined with thousands of couples and this offers the possibility for changes in all relationships that are dramatic and lasting.”

Dr. Rand has presented on public radio about how to have a happy and satisfying marriage. Please visit the WCQS website archives and listen to his interview.
